Lots of great stuff this month. We've seen a bunch of new characters, FCs and OCs alike, come in over the past month or so, and we've been doing a lot of work in the background. There is some new content up on the wiki! We've just added a complete catalog of all available races which new and existing players can choose from when creating an OC. Please Have a look at Appable Races! Application pages on the website and wiki have also been updated to link to Appable Races as a handy reference.
Please also remember to take a look at Advanced Character Concepts for a list of concepts which will not be accepted.
We've also added a section on the wiki for Roleplay Logs! This section will continue to grow as players add to it.
For incoming FFMUSH players, we are doing our best to accommodate existing characters. Please bear in mind that not all concepts will work according to our settings and policies and we may ask for a few details to be adjusted. Each character is taken on a case-by-case basis, and we ask your patience as we review each one. FCs must be apped clean, meaning no FFMush history will be accepted. That said, we welcome you, and we hope you will enjoy your time with us.

It's been a little while since I last posted a news update. Sorry about that.
In recent months, Shinryu has made an appearance in the Converged world. After destroying a small airship, it also wiped out the city of Goug before being driven off to parts unknown. No one has seen Shinryu since, but it would be a mistake to assume the beast is gone for good.
The Cloud of Darkness is still at large. After sending an expeditionary party to Mt. Gulug, the Converged world's Fire crystal was discovered. Cloud of Darkness was there, waiting. The Void entity escaped following an intense battle and intervention by a group of Shinra soldiers.
That makes two elemental crystals which have been revealed, with Wind and Water left to be found. Where could they be? Where will Cloud of Darkness and Shinryu turn up next?

Our game's server is in the path of hurricane Irene which is expected to make landfall this weekend. We're not anticipating any downtime, but depending on the severity and reach of the storm it is a possibility. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and we pray that our east coast players and anyone watching our news feeds will be safe. |
